Lottery Control Screen

Fig. 3

The Lottery Control Screen is an HMSL Custom Screen designed specifically for Lottery. Using this screen, the performer may select which waveforms constitute a candidate Sound State. Here, waves 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 11, and 13 are selected. Additionally, the performer may select detuning values for each wave. Here, a detuning value of 2 for wave 1 is selected. Detuning for wave 2 is -10, detuning for wave 3 is 18, and so on. These values are used to change the playback period of a given audio waveform, thus raising and lowering its pitch. Playback period for the Amiga audio device is defined in the Amiga Hardware Reference Manual.
